2026 Mullen Lecture

Lectures

Occurring annually since 1969, the Mullen Lecture brings distinguished Catholic thinkers to Saint Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology to discuss topics of relevance to Catholic theology and the life of the Church.

It is named in honor of Monsignor Joseph Mullen, former rector of the seminary. Distinguished lecturers have included Henri Nouwen, Cardinal Avery Dulles, René Girard, and Bishop Robert Barron.

The 2026 Mullen Lecture will be delivered by Dr. Jennifer Martin, Director of the de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture at the University of Notre Dame. Check back and subscribe to our newsletter for details.
